Eric, the owner runs a tight company. My job was difficult because it involved coordination between the city, contractor and the architect to procure a variance for the building permit. This was a monumental task and one I think none of the other contractors I got bids from could have accomplished. Once started, the job was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and handled professionally from beginning to end. THEY'RE THE BEST.
